Eileen Auen

Eileen O. Auen is a recognized leader in the healthcare industry with more than 15 years of experience in senior level positions across the managed care and financial services industries. Most recently, she served as chief executive officer of APS Healthcare, Inc., a leading provider of specialty healthcare solutions that cover more than 20 million members in the United States and Puerto Rico and more than 1,000 clients in the public sector and commercial markets. Under her leadership, APS emerged as a leader in the care management and behavioral health markets and generated significant growth in both revenue and earnings. Her work at APS culminated in a comprehensive recapitalization process that resulted in the sale of the company to GTCR, delivering an outstanding return on investment to APS’ shareholders.
Past positions include president of HealthNet of the Northeast, one of the largest insurers in the tri-state area serving 1.2 million members; president of CIGNA Healthcare—Southeast Region, where she led a business serving 2.3 million members; and senior vice president of Intracorp, CIGNA's care management subsidiary, which served more than 20 million members nationally.
Ms. Auen has served as a member of the Board of Directors for the Disease Management Association for America. She received an M.B.A. from the University of Virginia's Darden Graduate School of Business and Bachelor's degree in economics and finance from Towson University.

Edward H. Bersoff

ATS Corporation Chairman and CEO Dr.
Edward H. Bersoff has
nearly 20 years of experience as founding CEO of a public
(NASDAQ) technology company (company sold in 2001). He
served as corporate director of three NASDAQ companies
and one NYSE company, and corporate director of several
private companies in the technology, service, manufacturing,
publishing, and financial sectors. Past positions include
chair of corporate audit committees and member of corporate
governance committees, managing director of an investment
bank, registered broker/dealer, national chair of the
American Electronics Association and the Professional
Services Council, and board member of several other associations
and nonprofit organizations.
Dr. Bersoff currently is a Member of the Board of Trustees of
New York University, Chair of the Board of Visitors of Virginia Commonwealth
University, and a
Distinguished Professor at George Mason University's School
of Information Technology and Engineering and School of
Management (joint appointment). He received an A.B., M.S.,
and Ph.D. in mathematics from New York University and is
a graduate of the Owner/President's Management Program at
Harvard Business School.

Dr. Srikant M. Datar

Dr. Srikant M. Datar currently serves as the Arthur Lowes
Dickinson Professor of Business Administration at Harvard
University. Dr. Datar received the George Leland Bach Award
for Excellence in the Classroom at Carnegie Mellon University
and the Distinguished Teaching Award at Stanford University.
He is a co-author (with Professors Charles T. Horngren and
George Foster) of the leading cost accounting textbook,
Cost Accounting: A Managerial Emphasis, published
by Prentice-Hall. Dr. Datar also has served on the editorial
board of several journals and published his research in
prestigious journals, including The
Accounting Review, Journal
of Accounting and Economics, Journal
of Accounting Research,
Contemporary Accounting Research, and Management
Science.
Dr. Datar serves on the Board of Directors of
Novartis AG, a healthcare products company, and has worked
on consulting and field-based projects in management
accounting and control with many corporations, including
General Motors, Mellon Bank, Morgan Stanley, Entergy, DuPont,
and the Co-operative Bank. He is a member of the American
Accounting Association and the Institute of Management Accountants.
A Chartered Accountant, he holds two master's degrees and
a Ph.D. from Stanford University, and a B.S.—First
Class with
distinction—from the University of Bombay.

Richard M. Feldt

Evergreen Solar, Inc.
Richard M. Feldt is president, CEO, and chairman of the board of Evergreen Solar, Inc., a manufacturer of solar power products with its proprietary, low-cost String Ribbon wafer technology. Previously, he was CEO of Perseid, a developer of optical phased array technology created by Raytheon. Mr. Feldt also served as COO of SupplierMarket.com, a business-to-business internet supply chain management company that was sold to Ariba. From 1995 to 2000, Mr. Feldt was senior vice president and general manager of worldwide operations at Symbol Technologies, a data transaction systems company. In addition, he held senior positions at A.T. Cross Company, Eastman Kodak Company, and Spectra-Physics, Inc.
In 2005, Mr. Feldt was named Cleantech Leader of the Year by Cleantech Venture Network™, an organization that brings insight, opportunities, and relationships to investors, entrepreneurs, and service providers interested in clean technology. The award is given to an industry professional who has demonstrated exceptional leadership in the clean technology industry. Mr. Feldt received his Bachelor of Science in industrial engineering from Northeastern University.

Joel Jacks is a co-founder and co-manager of CM Equity Partners (CMEP). From
1992 to 1997, Mr. Jacks co-founded and managed Carl Marks
Consulting Group, LLC. Mr. Jacks has extensive experience
in managing and operating companies in a wide variety of
industries, including under-performing companies.
From 1988 to 1992, Mr. Jacks was involved in interim management and profit improvement programs for under-performing companies as a private consultant. From 1984 to 1988, Mr. Jacks served as CFO, and later as CEO, of USSCO (a subsidiary of ADT, Ltd.), a distributor of security alarm and CCTV equipment throughout the U.S. and Puerto Rico with sales of $75 million, until the sale of the company in 1988. From 1976 to 1983, Mr. Jacks worked for The Penn Central Corporation as Director of Financial Planning and MIS, and was involved with the restructuring of Penn Central's public securities, and was assigned to the New York City Partnership to assist the NYC Transportation Authority. Prior to 1976, Mr. Jacks was a management consultant for Deloitte Haskins and Sells.
Mr. Jacks also is a member of the Board of Directors of the following portfolio companies: Echo Bridge Entertainment, LLC; Evans Consoles, Inc.; Examination Management Services, Inc. (Chairman); Kronos Products, Inc. (Chairman); Central Foodservice, Inc. (Chairman); Resource Consultants, Inc.; Devon Publishing Group; and Martin Designs Ltd.
Mr. Jacks received a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Cape Town and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Jacks is a Chartered Accountant.

Sudhakar Kesavan

Sudhakar Kesavan serves as the Chairman and CEO of ICF International.
In 1997, he was named President of the ICF Consulting
Group when it was a subsidiary of ICF Kaiser. In 1999, the
Group was divested from Kaiser and became a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company through a joint effort of
the management and CM Equity Partners, and ICF International
was launched as an independent company.
Mr. Kesavan received his Master of Science degree from the
Technology and Policy Program at the Massachusetts Institute
of Technology, his postgraduate diploma in management from
the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, and his Bachelor
of Technology degree (chemical engineering) from the Indian
Institute of Technology, Kanpur. Mr. Kesavan serves on the
Board of the Rainforest
Alliance, a New York based nonprofit environmental organization
committed to protecting ecosystems by transforming land-use
practices, business practices, and consumer behavior.

David C. Lucien

David Lucien has
more than 37 years of experience in the information technology
(IT) industry. He has held senior-level executive positions
for private and public technology companies involved in computer
systems manufacturing, technology services, and systems integration.
Most recently, Mr. Lucien assumed the role of Chairman and
CEO of CMS Information Services, Inc. until CMS was sold
to CACI International in 2004. In 1990, Mr. Lucien
founded Interpro Corporation, a strategic advisory services
firm focused on delivering both strategies that created greater
growth and shareholder value, and merger and acquisition
services that served national and international technology
companies. Prior to forming Interpro, Mr. Lucien was President
and CEO of Tempest Technologies, Inc.
Currently Mr. Lucien serves on various corporate
boards and advises equity funds in the management of
portfolio companies that focus on services and technology. Earlier
in his career, Lucien worked closely with the business
and research community, applying his strategic planning
skills to a number of initiatives including developing
a statewide economic development strategy for Information
Technology and Telecommunications for then Governor George Allen.
He is a founder and Chairman Emeritus of the Northern Virginia
Technology Council and Chairman Emeritus of the Virginia
Technology Council. Mr.
Lucien also sits on the Advisory Board of Draper Atlantic Fund.


Peter M. Schulte

Peter M. Schulte is a Managing Partner, and was a founder of private equity firm CM Equity Partners, which invests in established middle market companies and manages the equity funds of CM Investors, CM Equity Partners, LP, and CM Equity Partners II, LP. Previously, from 1990 to 1992, he was a member of the buyout group at Arnhold and S. Bleichroeder, Inc., and from 1983 to 1990 Mr. Schulte was a vice president of Salomon Brothers, Inc. Prior to graduate school, Mr. Schulte was employed at IBM in its Data Processing Division (DPD) focused on the financial services sector.
Related to his private equity investing activities, Mr. Schulte is a director of several companies, including RGS Associates, Inc., and 3001 International, Inc.—serving the U.S. Department of Defense and U.S. federal civil agencies—as well as Echo Bridge Entertainment, LLC (film libraries and distribution).
Mr. Schulte is a graduate of Harvard College (A.B.) and holds a
master’s degree in public and private management (M.P.P.M.)
from Yale University. He is currently a member of the boards
of Marymount School in New York City and the Rainforest Alliance, and is
on the NY Advisory Council of The Trust for Public Land.
