Our Professional Development Program offers more than 50 instructor-led
and Web-based courses in business development, consulting

In 2007, ICF International received the Helios HR Apollo Award™ for excellence in employee growth and professional development. The firm won in the Large Company category, competing with other companies whose employees number more than 1,000. Sponsored by Helios HR and the Washington, D.C., area chapters of the Society for Human Resources Management, the awards recognize organizations that promote a continuous learning environment as part of their organizational culture.
ICF was selected as a winner of the Helios HR Apollo Award for a number of employee development initiatives that help ensure the company retains its industry expertise, including:
