Exit the airport by turning left on Airport Drive. Turn right on Hegenberger Road. Take I-880 North toward Downtown Oakland. Merge onto I-880 North (Nimitz Freeway). Take the Broadway exit toward Downtown. Keep right at the fork in the ramp and merge onto Broadway. Broadway becomes Broadway/Broadway Auto Row. Turn right on Grand Avenue. ICF Jones & Stokes is located on the corner of Grand and Lenox.

By Public Transportation:
The AirBART shuttle provides transportation from the airport to downtown Oakland every 10 minutes. BART fares are based on the distance traveled, but the total cost for an AirBART/BART ticket is US$4.50 one way or US$9 round trip.

ICF Jones & Stokes is located one mile from the 19th Street Station. From 19th Street, exit on 20th street and walk east toward Lake Merritt. 20th Street merges with Harrison Street approximately two blocks from the BART station. Go left on Harrison Street, then make a right on Grand Avenue. ICF Jones & Stokes is located on the corner of Grand and Lenox.

Take I-80 West to I-580 East. Continue on I-580 East toward Hayward/Downtown Oakland/Stockton. Take the Grand Avenue/Lake Merritt exit off I-580 (after the Harrison Street exit). Turn right at the foot of the ramp on Grand Avenue. Continue on Grand past the Shell station and the Seventh Day Adventist Church. Turn right on Lenox. ICF Jones & Stokes is located on the corner of Grand and Lenox.

Take I-80 East toward Bay Bridge/Oakland and cross the Bay Bridge. Take I-580 East toward Hayward/Downtown Oakland/Stockton. Take the Grand Avenue/Lake Merritt exit off I-580 (after the Harrison Street exit). Turn right at the foot of the ramp on Grand Avenue.
