On April 20, 2002, our staff worked with the Center for Creative
Non-Violence, a large homeless shelter in Washington, D.C.,
to help finalize some of the centers interior renovations.
Under the guidance of a local nonprofit, we painted areas
within the shelter as part of a company-sponsored community
service day. Through this effort, our housing and community
development staff provided more than $300 for supplies and
nearly 50 hours of labor to the project.
Enjoy these pictures from the service day. Community service
is one way that we build team camaraderie while making a contribution
to the larger community.
