ICF’s partnership with Penman Consulting enables us to provide an even more complete range of REACH services to our clients.
Penman Consulting BVBA was founded in April 2007 in Brussels, Belgium, by Dr. Michael Penman to provide services to manufacturers and importers in the chemical and oil industries, based upon business needs and detailed practical experience—more than 30 years of involvement in environmental safety and health operations in major corporations and related trade associations, including extensive involvement in the development of REACH methods and guidelines.
Penman Consulting can help businesses develop strategies to understand and manage issues, and subsequently services can be arranged to manage the issue, provide technical input directly, or find the right people to assist from the company’s extensive contact network.
Combined with ICF’s broad range of REACH services, this collaboration provides a one-stop shop to assist your company in meeting REACH needs.

 REACHsuite
REACH requires the same data to be reported numerous times to various audiences with different systems. ICF has partnered with Baytouch, the UK developer of REACHsuite, which allows us to provide organizations with an integrated solution to better manage REACH requirements and activities.
Developed in response to REACH requirements, REACHsuite includes integrated IT solutions for substance and product portfolio management, supply chain communication/cForms, and consortia management. The solution is designed for the steps and workflow required by REACH but is flexible enough to be configured for an organization’s specific business processes.
