ICF Consulting Announces Val Jensen as Vice President in Chicago

FAIRFAX, VA, May 1, 2000 - ICF Consulting, a management consulting firm, announced that Val Jensen has joined the company in Chicago as Vice President. Mr. Jensen will lead ICF Consulting's business development efforts in energy-efficiency market transformation and wholesale, retail, environmental, and green power strategic services in the Midwestern United States.
