Firm to Provide Quantitative and Qualitative Policy Analysis and Technical Assistance Support
FAIRFAX, VA, August 22, 2006 – Caliber,
an ICF International company, announced today
that it was awarded an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite
Quantity (IDIQ) contract for five years, worth
up to US$10 million with the U.S. Department of
Labor (DOL), Office of Employment and Training
Administration (ETA). As part of a team led by
Public Policy Associates, ICF Caliber will provide
the ETA with logistical support and quantitative
and qualitative policy and program analysis
on numerous employment and training topics.

firm's crucial role in the program will include
operational support for working meetings and
conferences, short-term research and evaluation
projects, statistical and analytical support, technical
assistance, and quick turnaround surveys.
This support will enhance the capacity of ETA
staff to conduct effective meetings and conferences
on a wide range of subjects and to provide sophisticated,
well-written analysis of key research topics.
