FAIRFAX, VA, September 27, 2006 - ICF
International, Inc., a consulting and technology services
firm, announced today that its initial public offering
of 4,670,000 shares of its common stock, of which 3,659,448
shares are being sold by ICF International and 1,010,552
shares are being sold by certain stockholders of ICF
International, was priced at $12.00 per share. The
common stock will begin trading tomorrow on The Nasdaq
Global Select Market under the symbol "ICFI".
The underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase up
to an additional 700,500 shares from ICF International
to cover over-allotments, if any. ICF International
will not receive any of the proceeds from the sale
of shares by the selling stockholders.
UBS Securities LLC is acting as sole book-running
manager for the offering, with Stifel, Nicolaus & Company,
Incorporated acting as joint lead manager for the
offering. William Blair & Company, L.L.C. and
