Expert in Program Management and Business Development

International announced today that Joseph Lehman
has joined the firm as a vice president of business
development. Mr. Lehman served 16 years at Northrop
Grumman, culminating as the Account Manager for
the U.S. Postal Service (USPS).

Mr. Lehman's career in the industry includes 16
years of progressive assignments in business development
and program management. As the Northrop Grumman
Account Manager serving the U.S. Postal Service,
Mr. Lehman helped capture nearly US$500 million
in new or successful recompete business. Prior
to serving as the account manager, Mr. Lehman served
as the program manager for the multimillion-dollar
Year 2000 Initiative at USPS. From 1970 to 1990,
Mr. Lehman served as a U.S. Marine Corps officer
and Naval Aviator with tours as a war planner in
the Organization of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and
as aide to the Assistant Secretary of the Navy,
Research, Development, and Acquisition.
