ICF Consulting Opens London Office to Provide
Consulting Services in Europe

FAIRFAX, VA, June 19, 2000 - ICF Consulting announced
today that it has opened an office
in London to provide consulting services to primarily Western
European clients. The office will be led by Dr. Glyn Charlesworth,
a respected energy expert with 25 years of experience. Dr. Charlesworth's
background includes holding director-level positions at British
Gas plc and PowerGen plc. He most recently served as Chief Operating
Officer and Director of the Energy & Environmental Practice
at London Economics, Ltd.
"We have worked for a number of European clients in the
past few years, but it has now become essential to our international
business development plan to establish a substantial and permanent
presence in Western Europe," said Sudhakar Kesavan, Chairman
and CEO of ICF Consulting. "There has been increasing movement
toward energy deregulation in Western Europe and North America,
as well as an increased amount of transactions between energy
companies in the two regions. Having a strong European presence
to complement our North American presence will allow us to better
respond to these globalization trends, which will provide significant
opportunities to our energy and environmental consulting practices
in particular."
