Miriam Wardak Joins ICF International

Expert in Strategic Business Growth Initiatives and Large Scale Organizational Transformation

FAIRFAX, VA, July 26, 2006 –ICF International announced today that Miriam Wardak has joined the firm as senior vice president in human resources. With more than 15 years of human resources related leadership experience, Ms. Wardak has demonstrated results in both small start-ups and large public companies with thousands of employees. In her role at ICF, Ms. Wardak will strengthen the executive team as the firm evolves into a global public corporation.

At i2, she worked hand-in-hand with key stakeholders and communicated plans to employees to ensure thoughtful execution of change throughout the organization, achieving financial success and resulting in profitability for the company.
