Business Development Specialist to Expand Global IT Opportunities
WASHINGTON, DC, October 30, 2006 – ICF International (Nasdaq: ICFI) announced today that John G. Williams has joined the firm as a vice president in business development, focusing on information technology (IT) opportunities. With more than 30 years of experience, Mr. Williams will help in the firm’s global expansion. He has already participated in eight major federal government prime proposals at previous firms, including capture management, team formation, and participation and organization of oral presentations, resulting in contracts totaling more than US$85 million.

Prior to ICF, Mr. Williams served as director of business development at the Civilian Agency Group of Northrop Grumman Information Technology, where he provided leadership and guidance to a team of five account managers focused on winning business across civilian federal agencies. As an executive account manager, Mr. Williams worked with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI), the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and the National Science Foundation (NSF). He served as the director of business development at Enterprise Services Group, Titan Systems Corporation and as a vice president of the science and engineering division at Eastern Research Group.
For several years Mr. Williams has been actively involved with the Government Electronics and Information Technology Association. Mr. Williams has a master’s degree in Engineering Administration from George Washington University and a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from University of Dayton.
