WASHINGTON, DC, January 27, 2004 - ICF Consulting
announced today that Dr. Edward H. Bersoff has been appointed
to ICF Consulting's Board of Directors. Dr. Bersoff was founder
of BTG, an information technology firm that was ranked in
the Inc. 500 list for three years running. He is currently
the Chairman and founder of Greenwich Associates, a business
advisory firm located in Northern Virginia. Prior to that,
he was Managing Director of Quarterdeck Investment Partners,
LLC, a Los Angeles based investment bank.
Dr. Bersoff brings extensive merger and acquisition experience
to ICF Consulting's Board of Directors, along with a deep
understanding of both the federal and information technology
marketplaces. "ICF Consulting is actively engaged in
pursing opportunities in the growing federal and information
technology markets," says ICF Consulting's Chairman and

While Dr. Bersoff was serving as Chairman and President of
BTG, BTG was ranked in the Inc. 500 list of fast-growing private
companies for three years and the Washington Technology
"Fast 50" for four years. He founded BTG in 1982,
and the company's common stock was listed as BTGI on the NASDAQ
National Market. In November 2001 BTG was acquired by the
Titan Corporation, a NYSE-listed company, which elected him
to its Board in February 2002.
Dr. Bersoff also was the first Chairman of the Virginia Economic
Development Partnership, is a member of the Board of Directors
and a past Chairman of the Fairfax County Chamber of Commerce,
and a former director of the Greater Washington Board of Trade.
He served on the Boards of Virginia's Center for Innovative
Technology and the 1998 World Congress on Information Technology,
and was a founder and the first Chairman of the Northern Virginia
Technology Council. He is also past Chairman and a member
of the Board of Directors of the Professional Services Council.
Dr. Bersoff holds A.B., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in mathematics
from New York University and is a graduate of Harvard Business
School's Owner/President Management Program.
In addition to ICF Consulting, Dr. Bersoff serves on the
Board of Visitors of Virginia Commonwealth University, the
Board of Trustees of New York University, and the Board of
Trustees of the George Mason University Foundation.
