WASHINGTON, DC, March 6, 2003 - ICF Consulting announced
today the opening of its wholly owned Brazilian company, ICF
Consultoria do Brasil Limitada, in Rio
de Janeiro, Brazil, to provide a full range of consulting
services within Brazil and other South American countries.
Marcos Ferreira, an ICF Consulting Vice President, will lead
the office. Mr. Ferreira holds degrees in chemical engineering
and business administration. He has more than 20 years of
experience with environmental management, energy resources,
emergency preparedness, and health and safety management.

American clients in the areas of environment, energy, economic
development, and transportation. To better serve these markets,
it now has become essential to establish a substantial and
