FAIRFAX, VA, March 1, 1999 - ICF Kaiser International,
Inc. (NYSE: ICF) today announced that, as a result of its
ongoing consideration of strategic alternatives for the Company
and its Consulting Group, it has determined to sell its Consulting
Group to financial investors. Management of the Consulting
Group will have a significant equity interest in the new,
independent company.
ICF Kaiser International, Inc. is in the final stages of
consideration of the form of the transaction, which should
be completed by mid-year 1999. The Company plans to announce
details concerning the Consulting Group disposition within
the next two weeks.
