Expert in Environmental Program and Policy Support
Fairfax, VA, March 1, 2005 - ICF Consulting
announced today that Gayle Kline has joined the firm as
a Vice President based in ICF
Consulting's global headquarters in the Washington Metropolitan area. Ms. Kline has more
than twenty-five years of professional experience providing
consulting solutions to a wide range of government and
commercial clients. Her areas of expertise include environmental
program and policy support, strategic planning, technology
transfer and training, and innovative technology solutions.
Recently, Ms. Kline has been working in the area of homeland
security, supporting the U.S. Environmental Protection
Agency (EPA) in its efforts to identify technologies for
the detection and decontamination of chemical and biological
threats.
Prior to joining ICF Consulting, Ms. Kline was a Vice President at Tetra Tech EM Inc. serving a lead role in business development and program management. Her areas of technical focus included innovative technologies and strategies to promote smarter solutions for site cleanup, land revitalization and reuse, and training and outreach. In addition, Ms. Kline has extensive environmental regulatory and policy experience, supporting EPA, other federal agencies, and the private sector. She holds a B.S. in Biology from the College of William and Mary.
