ICF Kaiser Consulting Group Forms Strategic Alliance with Origin Technology in Business, Inc., to Implement Enterprise Software for Utilities

FAIRFAX, VA, November 12, 1998 - The ICF Kaiser Consulting Group, a unit of ICF Kaiser International, Inc. (NYSE: ICF), today announced that it has formed a strategic alliance with Origin Technology in Business™, Inc. to implement the SAP™ R/3™ enterprise application solution for utilities and other energy clients.

The ICF Kaiser Consulting Group brings its industry-leading energy/utility industry consulting and software expertise to the alliance, and Origin provides state-of-the-art capabilities in the implementation of enterprise software.
