ICF Consulting Announces Alan Stewart as
Chief Financial Officer

FAIRFAX, VA, August 13, 2001 - ICF Consulting announces
that Alan R. Stewart has joined the firm as Chief Financial
Officer. Mr. Stewart, a veteran of more than 25 years of financial
leadership at leading high-growth organizations, is an accomplished
financial manager and a skilled business builder with broad
experience in mergers and acquisitions, SEC matters, and IPOs.
"Mr. Stewart will bring a seasoned professional's insight
and experience to ICF Consulting. This will further strengthen
the senior management team's capacity to manage a growing and

Prior to joining ICF Consulting, Mr. Stewart was chief financial
officer and corporate secretary at DataZen Corporation, Blackboard
Inc., and Deltek Systems, Inc., which he helped take public
in 1997. Earlier, he held senior finance positions at Tempest
Technologies Inc., BTG, C3 Inc., the Securities and Exchange
Commission, Martin Marietta Corporation, and Touche Ross &
Co.
