WASHINGTON, DC, November 28, 2005 - ICF Consulting
announced today that Andrew Robinson has joined the firm
as a senior vice president. Mr. Robinson will lead the
firm’s IT
management and program/acquisition
management services. Mr. Robinson has more than 26 years of professional
experience in the information technology business.
Prior to joining ICF Consulting, Mr. Robinson was an
executive vice president for Exeter Group, where he focused
on U.S. federal sector management consulting and systems
solutions. Mr. Robinson led key projects in the area
of IT governance and policy compliance. As part of his
project work, he worked directly with senior government
officials on governance, acquisition policy, and reform
issues. Mr. Robinson also was a vice president at Gartner
Group, where he was responsible for the Eastern region
and US$67 million in research and consulting revenues.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Robinson spent more than 13
years with Xerox in advanced systems development, sales,
marketing, and management positions.

Mr. Robinson served as Chairman of Small Business -
Shared Interest Group for the Industry Advisory Council
(IAC); as Vice Chair, Management of Change Conference
2005—American Council for Technology (ACT); and
Chair, Management of Change Conference 2006—ACT.
Mr. Robinson holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration
from the University of Alabama and a B.S. in Computer
Science from Troy State.
