ICF Consulting Named as Finalist in
American Business Awards^SM

FAIRFAX, VA, April 3, 2003 - ICF Consulting was named a finalist today in the Best Corporate Web Site category for the first-ever American Business Awards^SM.

Hailed as "the business world's own Oscars" by the New York Post (September 22, 2002) and nicknamed the Stevies™ for the Greek word "crowned," the American Business Awards are the first national, all-encompassing business awards program honoring great performances in the workplace.

Almost 500 nominations from companies of all sizes and in virtually every industry were submitted for consideration in more than 40 categories. ICF Consulting was nominated in the Best Corporate Web Site category, in which other finalists include EDS (Electronic Data Systems), General Electric Co., and Hewlett-Packard. Nominations were rated by business professionals nationwide during a five-week round of preliminary judging in February and March, and their average scores determined the finalists. ICF Consulting relaunched its corporate Web site in September 2002 to coincide with a company-wide branding initiative.
