The overall objective of SeaPort-Enhanced (SeaPort-e) is to provide a standardized means of issuing competitive solicitations among a select group of pre-qualified contractors like ICF, as well as a platform for awarding and managing performance-based task orders. Under this Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle, ICF International can provide a wide range of engineering, technical, and programmatic support services for the U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps, and the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA).
With deep roots in the defense industry and a large number of personnel with DoD backgrounds, ICF can provide the depth and breadth of expertise required from a full-service consulting and services organization while remaining agile and responsive.
Contributing to the Navy’s SeaPort-e small business goals, about 20 percent of the ICF work will be performed by small businesses. ICF’s SeaPort-e team includes BearingPoint as well as small business service providers Polaris Consulting, Corsair Engineering—a small, veteran-owned business—and e-SCI—a small, women-owned business. ICF also has an extensive list of qualified small-business partners that can easily be added to our SeaPort-e team when needed.
