Collect and Load Comments

• Solicit comments and attachments through a configurable project-specific CommentWorks^® Web form
  
  
• Choose a more advanced CommentWorks^® Web form to auto-sort incoming comments by issue or other criteria
  
  
• Batch import comment submissions received from other sources (e.g., Federal Docket Management System (FDMS), e-mail, paper, and others)

Classify (“Triage”) Comments

• Provide secure access to analytical features for the comment analysis team
  
  
• Utilize efficient tools for identifying and tracking form letter campaigns and duplicate submissions
  
  
• Review, share, sort, and full-text search comment submissions
  
  
• Identify and flag substantive letters for immediate review

Develop Issue Outline and Approach

• Create a flexible, multi-tiered outline of key issues by which comments can be sorted
