The TV and radio ads ran for nearly five months and COACH KLEENAIR™ received wide praise throughout the metro area. CALIFORNIA RESIDENTIAL LIGHTING & APPLIANCE PROGRAM
CRLAPICF International developed a detailed strategic outreach plan for CRLAP—a program jointly funded by four major utilities in California—which served as the basis for a year-long advertising and public relations campaign. The plan included in-depth target segmentation research and a literature review, as well as results of focus groups conducted by ICF International in key California markets. ICF International then partnered with a Los Angeles-based advertising agency to implement the plan. By year's end, campaign messages had reached more than 90 percent of the targeted adult audience.
