In 2010, ICF received its fourth CARE (Companies as Responsive Employers) Award from the Northern Virginia Family Service (NVFS). NVFS honors companies that provide work environments catering to the needs of working families. ICF is one of only 14 companies in the region to receive the honor in recognition of our family friendly policies.
