Senior Vice President
Frank J. Abramcheck has 25 years of executive leadership, with an extensive background in large-scale information technology and program management solutions in both the public and private sectors, including managing some of the largest IT outsourcing programs in the United States. He leads ICF's call centers and application-processing operations.
Dr. Abramcheck has a Ph.D. and an M.S. in Physiology from the University of Illinois and a B.A. in Biology from Temple University.
ICF International will host a Veterans Day commemoration honoring veterans who have answered the call and served our nation. The day will be marked by a brief ceremony that features presentations by guest speakers from the Virginia Wounded Warrior Program, Department of Veterans Affairs, the Disabled American Veterans, and leaders from ICF.
