Paul Bailey has more than 30 years of experience in air, water, waste, Superfund, toxic chemicals, pesticides, nuclear, groundwater, mining, climate, and transportation. He leads projects in financial responsibility and assurance, environmental accounting, insurance, and the monetization of environmental liabilities.
Clients include the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), Department of Defense (DoD), state and local governments, and nongovernment organizations (NGOs). He holds an A.B. in Social Studies, summa cum laude, from Harvard College; an M.P.P. from the Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University; and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
