Paul Gross has more than 35 years of experience in management, logistics, and policy development and implementation consulting with the U.S. federal agencies, including the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Department of Defense (DoD), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA). His expertise covers materiel management, acquisition management, and program management processes, techniques, and tools. His consulting engagements span across a broad spectrum of activities, including strategic planning, policy development, operational concepts development, technology assessment, financial analysis, mission analysis, investment analysis, risk assessment, contracting, acquisition management, supportability analysis, and portfolio management.
Mr. Gross has a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Oklahoma City University and an MBA from Southern Illinois University. He is a Certified Professional Logistician (CPL) by the Society of Logistics Engineers and Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute (PMI).
