Eric Hamann joined ICF International in 2005 and serves as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development, with global responsibility for driving the company’s merger and acquisition as well as strategic alliance programs. During his tenure at ICF, he has closed 17 acquisitions, architected multiple strategic alliances, played a lead role in the successful completion of ICF’s initial public offering in 2006 and follow-on equity offering in 2009, and helped to strategically reposition the company. He brings 16 years of experience, including the closure of nearly 60 transactions globally with combined value of nearly $16 billion, working for both Fortune 50 and smaller, high-growth firms. He has a proven ability to drive transformation, identify and exploit material growth opportunities, define and execute growth strategies, as well as originate, negotiate, and close highly complex transactions.
Mr. Hamann has a B.S. in Business Administration from Creighton University and held the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation from 2004 thru 2013. Furthermore, he received the Corporate Executive Dealmaker of the Year Award from the Association for Corporate Growth, National Capital Chapter, in 2010 and was named a Finalist in 2014.
