Karl Hausker joined ICF International in 2007. He has 25 years of experience in climate change, energy, and the environment in a career that has spanned legislative and executive branches, research institutions, nongovernmental organizations (NGO), and consulting. Dr. Hausker leads climate policy analysis and modeling projects for clients such as the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative, the Western Climate Initiative, and the California Air Resources Board.
Dr. Hausker has a Ph.D. and an M.P.P. in Public Policy from the University of California at Berkeley and a B.A. in Economics from Cornell University.
