Robert Henke has 25 years of experience in technical work, project management, and quality assurance for energy and environmental projects; development of energy and environmental business in the private and public sectors; and management of diverse, multistate consulting operations.
He has earned a reputation for building successful teams and businesses, finding solutions to complex challenges, and managing fixed-price and time-constrained projects and programs. Mr. Henke’s experience and solution-oriented focus helps ICF International’s private and public sector clients solve complex challenges in the energy and environmental markets.
