Michael Holland is a manager at ICF SH&E’s office in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Previously, Mike worked as a Contracts Administrator for the United States Department of Defense (DoD). While working for the DoD, Mike managed various contracts for the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, and the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) defense contracts, ensuring that supplies were delivered according to contractual requirements.
Mr. Holland holds a B.S. from California Polytechnic University, Pomona, and an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business.
