Jacqueline “Jacky” Howell has more than 30 years of experience as a trainer in early childhood development and curriculum. She has worked as an early childhood teacher and administrator for more than 35 years. She is a trainer, technical assistant, and mentor to teachers and directors in the Washington, DC, metropolitan area as well as a presenter.
She has been a speaker and keynoter at local, national, and international conferences, including the Annual Conference and Professional Development conference for the National Association for the Education of Young Children. Ms. Howell has coauthored and published several articles, including “Using Rituals and Traditions to Create Classroom Community for Children, Teachers, and Parents.” She has an M.A. degree.
