Kirsten Jaglo has more than 15 years of experience working with federal agencies, universities, and the private sector on issues related to climate change, genetic engineering, and policy development. She has significant experience managing multidisciplinary teams and negotiating and working with industry, nongovernmental organizations (NGOs), international organizations, foreign governments, and U.S. government agencies. Dr. Jaglo is a trained and accomplished teacher of scientific principles to diverse audiences, with extensive experience building consensus among diverse stakeholders combined with exceptional scientific, analytic, and communication skills. She specializes in issues related to climate change adaptation and environmental assessments of genetically modified plants.
Dr. Jaglo has a Ph.D in Crop and Soil Sciences from Michigan State University.
