Tamara Lamia has more than 10 years of experience in public health program evaluation encompassing utilization-focused evaluation approaches, including stakeholder engagement and performance measurement principles. She has managed multiple projects for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Division of HIV/AIDS Prevention, Program Evaluation Branch, and she leads a team assisting Gilead Sciences, Inc. with evaluating their project—HIV on the Frontlines of Communities in the United States (HIV FOCUS).
