David Meisegeier has 18 years of experience in energy efficiency and pollution prevention for the residential and commercial sectors. His professional skills include design and implementation of strategic energy efficiency and demand reduction programs; market and technology assessments of energy efficient products and systems; and information technology development. He leads ICF’s residential energy efficiency team of energy analysts, marketers, account managers, communications specialists, and trainers. The team provides full-service support to public and private residential energy efficiency programs across the country, including the Environmental Protection Agency’s ENERGY STAR residential programs.
He holds a B.S. in Architectural Engineering from Pennsylvania State University and an M.S. in Engineering Management from George Washington University.
