Senior Vice President
Candice Mendenhall joined ICF International in 2008 as senior vice president of Human Resources. Prior to ICF, Ms. Mendenhall served as senior vice president of human resources and shared services at Ratner Companies and has held senior leadership positions with Performance Choice Consulting, Freddie Mac, Manchester, Inc., and Mellon Financial Corporation. She holds a B.S. from Brigham Young University.
