Maureen Murphy leads ICF International's consulting engagements in the education field. Dr. Murphy oversees technical assistance and evaluation services to clients serving the full lifespan of learners. She is skilled in staff and project management in evaluation, research, technical assistance, best practice identification, and translation of results of research for improvement of education practice. She has specialized in educational programs serving at-risk youth as well as minority-serving programs and institutions of higher education.
