He has built and led major projects for the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). His specific experience within HHS includes providing support to the Federal Drug Administration (FDA), the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and supporting multiple institutes and centers (ICs) within the National Institutes of Health (NIH).
Mr. Perry is a certified project management professional (PMP) and has extensive experience in project, financial, and contract management of multiple multimillion dollar contracts. He has excellent communication and customer management skills and is highly accomplished in communicating across large diverse groups to bring consensus and to meet large-scale objectives. He has the ability to rapidly form creative approaches and models to address client needs and has specialized experience in support of federal government health-related subjects, including HIV/AIDS, rare diseases, cancer, environmental health, toxicology, clinical trials, special population outreach, dietary supplements, and genetics.
