Steffani Sanders has 17 years’ experience managing teams in strategic planning, budgeting, capital planning, engineering, telecom regulations analysis, and corporate finance.
Ms. Sanders was a Finance Team Lead for the ICF’s U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Broadband Initiatives Program (BIP), managing 47 analysts in two cities. She managed all aspects of the finance reviews for the BIP project, developed analytical tools, applicant data collection forms, and contributed to the BIP Application Guide and various policy and process guides used throughout the program. She worked closely with the Rural Utilities Service, IT, network, and policy teams.
