Pepper Santalucia has 19 years of experience in policy analysis and program support, primarily in the areas of transportation and environmental protection. He is skilled in analyzing federal policies and programs and effectively communicating the results.
Mr. Santalucia has conducted analyses and supported the implementation of laws and regulations for a wide range of federal and state agencies. He has also supported high-level federal task forces and commissions, and he has contributed to several research projects for the Transportation Research Board (TRB).
Prior to joining ICF, Mr. Santalucia was a policy analyst for the Congressional Budget Office and for the House Budget Committee.
Mr. Santalucia has a master's degree in Public Affairs from Princeton University.
