Gretchen Selinski-Johnston is a Senior Information Technology Analyst and IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) service management and process improvement expert. She focuses on alignment of operations to strategy through governance and the management of support and delivery of E2E (End to End) IT services. She works in a variety of IT environments across both private and public sectors, including defense sectors.
Her experience includes service desk management, project management of ITIL, process improvement and infrastructure consolidation initiatives, network management, and defense intelligence systems operations. She holds ITIL V2 and V3 certifications, is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and has completed the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA) training for COBIT® 4.x.
