Christopher Steuer is a greenhouse gas (GHG) emission inventory expert in estimating and mitigating GHG emissions and in designing and implementing solutions for Federal agencies and corporations. ICF International’s Technical Lead for the National Park Service Climate Friendly Parks Program, he also supports the U.S. Capitol, the Bureau of Land Management, and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.
He assists the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in preparing GHG reporting methodologies and assessing the economic impact of GHG regulation on industrial sectors. Mr. Steuer has a B.S. in Physical Science and an M.S. in Geography from Pennsylvania State University. As a student, he prepared the country’s first decadal GHG emission inventory and projection for a university.
