Neil Sullivan has 15 years of experience in environmental impact assessment, local and federal environmental program management, technical analysis, policy analysis, and strategic planning. He has managed the preparation and review of National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) documents for freight rail line and rail yard construction projects for the Surface Transportation Board.
He has also managed and provided NEPA support to the Department of Energy (DOE) for renewable energy projects, a sitewide Environmental Impact Statement (EIS), and an EIS for a rail line to Yucca Mountain in Nevada. He has a M.Sc. in Integrated Environmental Management from the University of Bath and a B.Sc. in Human and Physical Geography from the University of Reading, both in the United Kingdom.
