Senior Vice President
Robert F. Toth joined ICF International in 2012 as head of Contracts and Administration (C&A). Prior to ICF, Mr. Toth served as vice president of contracts at General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc.. He has held leadership positions at Anteon International Corporation; STG, Inc.; and DynCorp I&ET, Inc.
Mr. Toth serves on the policy committee of Council of Defense and Space Industries Associations (CODSIA). He has a bachelor's degree in Finance and Economics from Towson University.
