Jeanne Townend joined ICF in 1990 and has 25 years of consulting experience in the government, commercial, and nonprofit sectors. She has led ICF’s energy and climate change business, health and social programs business, and cross-cutting services in strategic communications, organizational research, and human capital. She currently manages ICF’s European and Asian business.
Ms. Townend has extensive experience providing research, advisory, program implementation, and evaluation services to businesses and government agencies, including significant expertise in designing and implementing financially viable public-private partnerships. In 2007, she received recognition from the International Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) for her contributions supporting the award of the Nobel Peace Prize to the IPCC. She holds an M.A. in Economics from Brown University and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Rochester.
