One venue for talent development is the Learning Institute. This program is a resource for employees as they think about and act on developing their professional talents to advance their careers. Our Learning Institute offers more than 60 instructor-led and web-based courses in business development, consulting skills, project and financial management, people skills, corporate systems and practices, and computer software.

In 2007, ICF International received the Helios HR Apollo Award™ for excellence in employee growth and professional development. The firm won in the Large Company category, competing with other companies whose employees number more than 1,000.
