With a bachelor's degree, an individual joins one
of ICF International's practices as a Research Assistant (RA).
Typically the newly hired RA quickly assumes an active
role on project teams, working on two to five projects
concurrently.
Working with peers and seasoned professionals, the
RA assists with collecting and analyzing data, reviewing
literature, conducting interviews and surveys, solving
quantitative and qualitative problems, and performing
computer applications. Working both independently and
as part of a team, the RA is able to build and develop
business skills in a challenging and professional environment.
Many
Research Assistants join ICF International to gain
work experience and to explore career alternatives
before pursuing graduate studies. Others stay longer
and advance in our consulting practice. Research Assistants
from ICF International have gone on to outstanding
graduate programs around the countryour experience
with the admissions offices at several of these programs
