Robby has over 13 years of experience in the administration of Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery and mitigation funding, with a specific focus on multifamily housing, area benefit analysis, and procurement regulations.

Earlier in his career, Robby served as the director of housing recovery for the State of Louisiana. He provided oversight and direction for rental housing programs associated with hurricanes Katrina, Rita, Gustav, Ike, Isaac, and the Great Floods of 2016, which was more than $785 million.

Robby served as the finance manager for the State of Louisiana’s Disaster Recovery Unit.
