From Indira Gandhi International Airport
From Terminal 3 at Indira Gandhi International Airport, New Delhi, take the Airport Express (Gold Line) four stops to the New Delhi Railway Station. From New Delhi Railway Station, transfer to the yellow metro line and take it to the Patel Chowk Metro station. Exit the station via Ashok Road, turn left, and walk to the first roundabout (circle). From the roundabout, take the second exit toward the Asian International Hotel and take the first right to Thapar House. ICF is located in the Western Wing (first gate on the lefthand side) of Thapar House on the second floor.
