ICF BPA with U.S. Department of State

ICF International is one of the five firms awarded the highly competitive Worldwide Program Management Support Services (WPMSS) blanket purchase agreement (BPA) by the U.S. Department of State.

 

 

Through this five-year agreement, ICF may compete to provide a broad range of project and program management support services to the agency worldwide. The contract is part of a larger agency effort to maximize the contributions that each of its organizations makes to the overall State Department mission.

The overall objective of the BPA is to enhance the performance, quality, timeliness, and efficiency of the U.S. Department of State programs and projects by maximizing the organization’s ability to perform its mission at a lower total cost and meet budget, schedule, and quality goals. The ICF team will support the U.S. Department of State domestically and internationally in a broad range of project management, program management, and program management office-related tasks.

From program design and startup through implementation and measurement, ICF supports government and commercial clients in achieving program success. The firm provides advanced program management and program management office (PMO) services empowered by expertise in public diplomacy, aviation, climate change, defense, energy, environment, homeland security, social programs, and transportation.

ICF’s certified staff implements leading methods in acquisition management, cost-benefit analysis, human capital planning, program evaluation, IT management, IT security, and cost, schedule, and performance management. The firm is a member of the Project Management Institute’s Corporate Council, where we work to foster excellence in project and program management.

    ICF International Awarded $17M Task Order Under Department of State BPA

    ICF Incorporated, LLC, a subsidiary of ICF International, Inc. (NASDAQ:ICFI), was recently awarded a new task order under its U.S. Department of State (DoS), Worldwide Program Management Support Services blanket purchase agreement (BPA) to provide program management support services to the Bureau of Consular Affairs, Consular Systems and Technology Division (CA/CST).     ICF International announced today that ICF Incorporated, an ICF International subsidiary, was awarded a blanket purchase agreement (BPA) by the U.S. Department of State with a ceiling of $300 million.
